I served my community as a pediatrician, and as I listened to my patients and their families struggle with rising costs and limited access to affordable care, I knew I had to do something to give our patients and doctors the tools to keep our families healthy. That’s why I decided to run for office.

In the State legislature, those values led me to force Big Pharma to lower the costs of prescription drugs, expand access to family and sick leave, and pass a first-in-the-nation cap on insulin prices for the Coloradan families.

Then in Congress, I continued to fight for what’s right – affordable healthcare, lower drug prices, and protections for working families.

Now, I’m running to win back CO-08 and finish the work I started fighting for the issues that matter most in our community.
