Starting May 1, 2025, DSHS created two new Administrations to better serve Washingtonians: the Behavioral Health and Habilitation Administration (BHHA) and the Home and Community Living Administration (HCLA). These changes will improve service delivery and build on our strengths.
Staff roles remain the same, but processes and branding will evolve to enhance client experiences.
