Brandon Johnson had a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week.

It started when he permanently removed Christopher Columbus statues because erasing history is apparently easier than addressing crime.

Then he strong-armed the Chicago Board of Education to push through his own political lackey because when you can’t beat the teacher’s union, you might as well just join them in the corruption.

And then—because every radical week needs a cherry on top—he introduced a “Green Social Housing Ordinance,” which sounds like it was written by a committee of socialist climate bloggers after a drum circle.

Yes, it was a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week for Chicago.

While families are struggling and neighborhoods are hurting, Brandon Johnson is playing make-believe mayor—rewriting history, rigging boards, and launching costly, big-government experiments.

We’re not laughing. We’re fighting.

Illinois Republicans are working to take back our cities, restore common sense and put public service back in public office, but we need your help.

Let’s make next week less terrible, less horrible and a lot more hopeful—for Chicago, for Illinois, and for the people who deserve better than this.
