Donald Trump just signed a memorandum to target Democrats’ main fundraising site — ActBlue — ahead of the midterm elections. It’s a blatant attempt to intimidate Democrats.

Now, we have a breaking update:

Experts say that he is in violation of the First Amendment.

Since Trump took office in January, Democrats have already raised over $400 million in small-dollar donations through ActBlue.

With the midterms right around the corner, Trump and Elon Musk are dead-set on defeating Democratic candidates. Musk has already pledged to pour $100 million of his own funds into competitive GOP races.

So now, they’ve made ActBlue a top target. It’s an obvious abuse of power.
