REVISED Notice of Public Meeting, Casper/Natrona County International Airport, Casper/Natrona County International Airport Service Line Inventory

The Casper/Natrona County International Airport Board of Trustees, Natrona County, Wyoming, will conduct a public meeting at 2:00 pm, local time, on *Monday, June 2, 2025*, in the Public Safety Training Room, 8328 Fuller Street, Casper, Wyoming. The purpose of the meeting is to allow citizens to review and comment on the following project(s).

Purchase of a mini excavator with compacting accessories and a vac trailer which will allow Airport personnel to pothole and restore 75 unknown and 16 known service lines. The Airport personnel will provide labor for performing this investigative work.

At the meeting, the Casper/Natrona County International Airport Board of Trustees will discuss the estimated cost of the improvements and the funding plan. A preliminary plan of improvements, cost estimates, and the funding plan can also be reviewed in the Airport Administration Offices, 2nd Floor Terminal Building, 8500 Airport Parkway, Casper, Wyoming. Based on current cost estimates, the Casper/Natrona County International Airport Board of Trustees plans to borrow $242,716 from the Wyoming Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund administered by the Wyoming Office of State Lands and Investments. Increased user fees will repay the loan. The average rate increase is estimated to be $4.18 per month per user to repay the loan. Loan terms will be 0% interest rate and 20 years with 50% of the loan being forgivable.
