Hi friend --

Michelle Obama recently addressed the graduating class of 2020 -- and in her speech, she gave a road map for how to get the country back on track.

"This is how you can finish the work that the generations before you have started," Michelle said, "by staying open and hopeful, even in the tough times; by channeling that discomfort you feel into activism and a democracy that was designed to respond to those who vote."

The former first lady clearly sees voting as the best way to affect the kind of change we so desperately need. She's doing all she can to promote voter participation through her When We All Vote initiative, and by speaking directly to America -- but some would probably rather she stayed quiet. What do you think of Michelle Obama's call for voters to engage?
