In March, the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in its first abortion case since Kavanaugh’s confirmation.

John—

Any day now, the Supreme Court will release its ruling on June Medical Services LLC v. Russo, the first abortion case it has taken up since Brett Kavanaugh joined the Court and cemented a 5-4 anti-choice, anti-freedom majority.

Last October, we learned that the Court would take up this case and the justices would likely release a ruling sometime in the summer — probably in June. So every day the Court releases rulings, we’ve been on pins and needles, wondering if today will be the day we hear that the anti-choice majority rules in favor of a radical agenda to restrict our reproductive freedom.

It hasn’t happened yet — but it’s just around the corner. It could happen on Monday. And when this ruling comes down, we need to be ready.

Rush an emergency donation of $15 to our June Medical response efforts now to make sure NARAL Pro-Choice America has the resources to keep fighting, regardless of how the Court rules.

On the campaign trail, Donald Trump promised to nominate judges who would vote to overturn Roe v. Wade. When Mitch McConnell and Senate Republicans stole a Supreme Court seat in 2017, they got one step closer to their goal of ending Roe. And when Justice Kennedy retired from the Court, anti‑choice extremists were ecstatic at the prospect of putting Brett Kavanaugh on the bench and flipping the balance 5-4.

When we looked at Brett Kavanaugh’s judicial record, we saw exactly why he’d been handpicked by Leonard Leo, an anti-choice activist who heads an influential Radical Right organization. The threat Kavanaugh posed to Roe v. Wade and reproductive freedom was clear as day.

But Senate Republicans refused to break with Donald Trump and rolled out the red carpet for an anti-choice majority on the Supreme Court that could fatally wound Roe v. Wade.

Every senator who voted for Brett Kavanaugh must be held accountable — and we’re going to make sure come November, they know exactly why they’re losing their seats. Rush an emergency donation of $15 to our June Medical response efforts now to kick anti-choice Republicans out of office.

We knew this day would come as soon as Trump was elected, and we’ve been fighting for reproductive freedom harder than ever in the last two years.

We’ve won some fights, and we’ve lost others — but we always get back up, dust ourselves off, and keep fighting.

Because this is our promise: to never give up and never stop fighting until reproductive freedom is a reality for every body.

Donate $15 now to keep fighting — no matter what.

Together,
