I wanted to make sure you know about the upcoming Primary Election on May 20 – and that TODAY at 5pm is the deadline to request your ballot if you're voting by mail.
Even though presidential races usually get a lot of the attention, it's local races like these that really make a big difference. 💯
It's races like these that put the folks in charge who'll decide funding for our kids' schools, local roads, public safety, community parks – you name it.
And it's races like these that can be won or lost by a single vote. Believe me, I know. 👀
So as the mayor of Braddock for 13 years before serving as lieutenant governor and now senator, I had to reach out to make sure you have a plan to vote on or before May 20.
