On Saturday, Sen. Chris Murphy and I packed the house for a town hall in Sarasota, FL, where the Republican representative has REFUSED to face his constituents.
Everything I heard made it clear: people are pissed. And they should be. But they’re also not backing down - they’re getting louder.
Because it doesn’t matter if your district is red or blue. Your elected officials should give a damn about you. It’s that simple.
