Hitting this fundraising goal helps ensure our team has the resources to fight back against Donald Trump’s dangerous agenda— and the last few months have made it clear that fighting back is more important than ever.

Since taking office, Donald Trump has tried to gut the Social Security Administration—slashing staff by thousands and closing field offices, which could lead to longer wait times and delayed benefits. Now, he’s doing the same thing at the VA, pushing plans that would put the care millions of my fellow veterans rely on at risk.

And House Republicans have gone along with Trump’s agenda. They’re pushing a plan that would cut funding for Medicaid and leave millions of Americans without healthcare, while giving handouts to the ultra-wealthy.

John, folks in Western PA and across the country are continuing to see rising costs, but instead of delivering solutions, Trump and Republicans are too busy working to line the pockets of their big money backers.
