It's a huge win in one of our biggest cases ever, and now it's really heating up.

We just went into federal court last week and STOPPED the abortion industry and a state government from having our lawsuit thrown out.

We filed a first-in-the-nation lawsuit to defeat a deceptive taxpayer-funded smear campaign launched by the state of Massachusetts. It's actually pressuring women into having more abortions and trying to shut down the lifesaving work of pro-life centers.

In a nearly 2-hour oral argument, we convinced the judge to allow our case to move forward. In fact, the judge is allowing us to amend our complaint to include a treasure trove of new evidence we JUST obtained from our FOIA request that details the deceptive nature of the collusion between MA and the abortion industry.

This case will now continue, stronger than ever.
