City of Ann Arbor Update: Comprehensive Land Use Plan Draft Input Due by May 16 at Noon

Learn More button - blue The city planning team has concluded the spring open house sessions for the draft Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Thank you to all who attended the April 24, April 30 or May 7 session at one of the library branches. If you could not attend, please see the draft goals and strategies boards located on the project page. (The future land use map exercise from the sessions is not duplicated online.)

Each board has a unique QR code in the bottom right corner to take you to the corresponding survey, or the survey links are also posted for each topic area: housing and neighborhoods; economy and opportunity; and infrastructure and services. If you’d like to share your input, please visit the project page (scroll to "April 24, 30, and May 7, 2025 Engagement Activity Boards" section) and use your phone to scan the QR code(s) or click the link(s) to submit your responses by Friday, May 16, at noon. You can also email responses to [email protected]

The planning commission will conduct the final public editing session for this round of edits. The second version of the plan is scheduled to return to the planning commission by the middle of June. To stay up to date, see the planning commission’s agendas. Please note, the plan is not scheduled for a final decision until November 2025. The timeline can be found on the project page.
