This week we had a huge victory for life. A major pro-life bill crafted by the ACLJ is now law in one state. It allows victims of abortion – women who we know are coerced into having abortions – to sue Planned Parenthood and other abortionists for wrongful death.



It will not only help save lives, but it will be VERY difficult for the abortion industry to even challenge in court. As one state legislator said, “Without the support of the ACLJ, this bill would not have become law.”
