In Florida, Pacific Justice Institute’s Center for Public Policy is proud to support the Supervision of Children Act, a vital piece of legislation that puts decision-making power back into the hands of parents. This law allows moms and dads to decide when their children are ready for age-appropriate independence, without fear of government intrusion. PJI submitted a strong letter to Governor Ron DeSantis urging him to sign the bill. Once enacted on July 1, this law will help protect Florida families from unnecessary state interference in how they raise their children.
Meanwhile, in West Virginia, Pacific Justice Institute played a key role in advancing new laws that uphold parental rights and protect students. These important victories include the passage of a Parental Bill of Rights and a ban on mandatory instruction about sexual orientation and gender identity in public schools. These wins affirm that parents, not the government, have the primary role in directing the upbringing and education of their children.
As we continue to see God move across the nation through PJI’s work, we invite you to celebrate with us. Reserve your seats now for the Celebration of Justice Gala by visiting CelebrationofJustice.org. This special evening is a chance to honor what God is doing and stand together for truth and freedom.
