As you know, Abigail Spanberger’s historic race for Governor is not just critically important to the future of our state, it’s important for the future of our country too. Every Democratic Governor in office is a vital line of defense against the reckless Trump administration – that’s exactly why Republicans are working so hard to defeat Abigail.

And I’m a top GOP target next year. The Republican Senate campaign arm is targeting Virginia – they think they can defeat me to expand their Senate majority in Washington.

To make matters worse, we need to be prepared for Elon Musk and his allies to target both of us, too.

That means we have a lot of work to do if we want to keep up with the millions of dollars they’re going to spend in Virginia – this year and next. And that work starts now. Not next month. Not next week. If we want to flip the Governor’s office and hold my seat in the Senate, we need to act now.
