John,
Donald Trump is now openly accepting bribes, including a $400 million private jet from the Qatari royal family.
Let’s call this what it is: a political bribe. Trump isn’t even pretending otherwise.
He said, "I would never be one to turn down that kind of an offer... I could be a stupid person, say, 'No, we don't want a free, very expensive airplane.'" He added, "I thought it was a great gesture."
This isn’t just unethical — it’s pay-to-play corruption in plain sight. If any other president pulled this, Republicans would demand investigations around the clock. But because it’s Trump, they’re looking the other way.
Enough is enough.
We cannot allow this to become the new normal.
I’ve taken Trump head-on before — and I’m doing it again. But ever since I blew the whistle on his abuse of power, he’s used every weapon in his arsenal to intimidate me. It’s political retribution — and it’s only going to escalate.
That’s why we need to show strength right now — and prove that this pro-democracy movement isn’t backing down.
