Representing NY-04 is one of the greatest honors of my lifetime, and I am committed to showing up for our community to promote greater transparency and accountability in public office.

As I travel across the district and hear from constituents, it’s clear that many people are fed up with Donald Trump’s reckless policies, and they’re tired of House Republicans sitting by and enabling his extreme agenda.

Right now, House Republicans are pushing for cuts to critical programs like Social Security. That’s why I joined Rep. Tom Suozzi to address constituents' concerns and discuss the impact these cuts will have on American families.

Social Security is a compact between the American people and the government that serves as a lifeline for millions of seniors and retirees. The premise is that if you work hard and pay into the system, you will be able to retire with dignity.

I’m in the halls of Congress every day working to find real solutions that will lower the cost of living, uplift working families, and ensure that our seniors and retirees receive the support they deserve.
