For six years we have been fighting a harmful Louisiana clinic shutdown law that would devastate abortion access in the state if allowed to take effect. In early March, we presented our case before the U.S. Supreme Court and now a decision is imminent.
If the Court allows this law to take effect, thousands of people seeking abortion care will be harmed. We teamed up with some of our local and national partners to dive into what is on the line.
