Public input sought on proposed changes to landowner licenses

CHEYENNE — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is hosting a series of public meetings to discuss proposed regulation changes, including Chapter 44 Section 8, which covers landowner licenses. Meetings are scheduled throughout the state through early June, and online comments are open through June 10.


Agencies continue work to secure funding for Dubois wildlife crossing project

CHEYENNE — The Wyoming Game and Fish Department, Wyoming Department of Transportation, the WYldlife Fund and the Greater Yellowstone Coalition are continuing efforts to secure funding for the Wind River to Grand Tetons Wildlife Crossing Project outside of Dubois. The project aims to reduce wildlife-vehicle collisions and ensure safe passage for wildlife and motorists.


Game and Fish Commission to meet at Whiskey Mountain

CHEYENNE — The Wyoming Game and Fish Commission will meet May 20 at the Whiskey Mountain Conservation Camp near Dubois. The public is invited to attend in-person, will have a chance to comment on each agenda item and can speak to the Commission about any matter. The meeting will not be live-streamed or video-recorded.
