Hey John,
Earlier this month, I announced we needed to raise $250,000 to stay on track to hit our goal before the public fundraising deadline.
While it looked like we were making good progress, over the last few days our grassroots online fundraising took a turn for the worse.
Last night the finance team and I went back to our books and crunched some numbers.
Here's what we found:
If we can get 5,000 donations by Monday, we'll be in a good place to hit this goal.
It doesn't matter how big or small the contribution is, John. Even $10 will go a long way to helping re-elect Roy. Will you chip in now? >>

Your contribution will help us report strong numbers at the end of this month, and we'll be putting it to work in real time to help re-elect Roy.
Let's do this,
Sharlese Hall
Finance Director
We hope everyone is staying safe during this ongoing health emergency. The Cooper Campaign is now working remotely, and we encourage all those who are able to practice social distancing. We've taken the step of cancelling all in-person fundraising for the time being, making grassroots online outreach and fundraising even more critical than before. Roy and the rest of the team will keep working for a more prosperous, better-educated, and healthy North Carolina, and we hope you will stay with us in this fight.
