Understand the Voting Process 

Our voting process will require quick responses from our members this week! Please see below for an overview of how the process will work in the coming days. Each of the following requests will be sent via OpaVote.

1. Tuesday: Approve the constitutional amendment. Members will have within 24 hours to complete.
2. Wednesday: Indicate whether each mayoral candidate should be part of the 5-person slate. Candidates must receive at least 60% approval to move forward. Members will have within 24 hours to complete.
3. Thursday: Submit a ranked-choice vote among mayoral candidates who met the 60% threshold and vote for comptroller (standard, non-ranked vote). Members will have 48 hours to complete this round.
