I want to talk to you a minute before I shut my computer down for the weekend. You probably know that The Trust for Public Land is trying to raise $250,000 by next Monday. Why? Because a donor is matching every donation made between now and Monday, June 15, up to a total of that amount — $250,000. That’s why I’m reaching out to you and our community of land conservation advocates.
With all the disruption caused by the pandemic, our fundraising efforts took a big hit. We need to get back on solid financial footing if we’re going to complete all the projects we already have in the works, never mind the ones we’ve planned for the rest of the year.
