Dear John,


On Mother’s Day we think of the moms around the world who are thriving in freedom because of people like you, and we are thankful for the part you played.


Moms like Ramya pictured above and like Alice below, whose story we recently shared. Alice was abused by her husband and bravely reported it to the police, who introduced her to IJM. She now owns a food stall in a busy market and says, "Today... I am taking care of the children, and they are doing well in school. At the time I felt I was alone, [IJM] showed me that I have strength, to survive even on my own."




We are encouraged by Ramya’s and Alice's strength, and by the hope you help bring.
