As a proud father and husband, I see every day how essential mothers are to
the strength and fabric of our lives.



First and foremost, I’m grateful for my own mother, a full-time mother and
homemaker, who instilled in me the values of hard work, faith, and integrity
that guide me to this day. Her love and steady example gave me the foundation
to pursue my dreams and serve others with purpose.



And now, I have the privilege of watching my wife, Chelsea, raise our two sons
with that same quiet strength and deep love. She is the heart of our home, and
I’m truly inspired by her devotion to our family.



Across Tennessee, mothers play various important roles in our lives. They are
teachers, business owners, caregivers, community leaders, and more. But most
importantly, they are the backbone of many households.


As I run to be your next governor, I carry with me a deep respect for the hard
work, sacrifices, and love that mothers pour into the next generation.

To every mother across our great state, thank you. You are all heroes of our
state. Today, we honor you, not just for what you do, but for who you are.
