• GARBAGE TAX: Mayor Todd Gloria wants to stick San Diego homeowners with a $48/month trash collection fee to pay for lavish city pensions.
• PROPERTY TRANSFER TAX: County Supervisor Terra Lawson-Remer is pushing a $1 billion tax hike on all San Diego property owners.
• MILEAGE TAX: Gavin Newsom and San Diego Democrats want to charge you 6–9 cents for every mile you drive. That’s an extra $900–$1,200 a year just to get to work.
• SALES & PARCEL TAXES: Multiple sales and parcel taxes are being quietly prepared for the 2026 ballot — with deceptive titles to fool voters.
