One week from today, on Saturday, May 17th, pro-life advocates from across Oregon will gather outside the State Capitol in Salem for one of our biggest pro-life events of the year: The Oregon March for Life [[link removed]].

Together, we’ll make our voices heard on behalf of the unborn and show our lawmakers that we want change.

I’m so excited to march with you this year and to hear the inspiring talks by our amazing speakers, including Portland Archbishop Alexander Sample, a beloved spiritual father and a fearless and eloquent advocate for the unborn [[link removed]].

Archbishop Sample has joined us numerous times for the March for Life. Each time, he helps us remember the reason for our pro-life advocacy and sends us forth with a renewed sense of mission and purpose.

And the archbishop is in great company!

You’ll also get to hear from Central Oregon Republican Representative Vikki Breese-Iverson, abortion survivor Amy Miles, and Road 2 Hope Maternity Home program manager Alayna Garcia.

Oregon Right to Life President Melody Durrett and I will also address the crowd.

Last but certainly not least, Dr. Gerry Breshears, professor of theology at Western Seminary in Portland and an elder at Grace Community Church, will lead us in the closing prayer.

So, dust off those walking shoes, invite your friends and family, and plan to come and be inspired at the Oregon March for Life [[link removed]] next Saturday, May 17th!

*And make sure to bring a package of diapers along with you for the diaper drive if you haven’t already contributed!
