Chris Cournoyer (Kim Reynolds-lite) is running for Iowa State Auditor.

The most ironic part of it all? Chris Cournoyer voted to eliminate the oversight abilities of the state auditor’s office! Who knows what she would hide from Iowan taxpayers if elected.

Cournoyer, as auditor, would have the ability to cover up the waste, fraud, and abuse committed by government insiders. She supported the decision that resulted in the inability to audit $100 million in taxpayer dollars that went towards the private school voucher program.

Iowa needs a government watchdog in the state auditor's office. Will you chip in $25 to the Iowa Democratic Party today to make sure we keep this office blue?

Iowans deserve honest, qualified candidates to be their elected officials, not politicians who are willing to keep their party happy rather than be good watchdogs of taxpayer dollars.
