Hi, there! Are you ready for some fiction? It looks like we're in for a very rainy Saturday, so my trip to the library came just in time to get me all stocked up to be cozy, dry, and entertained.
 
I recently read a very non-prepper kind of book called The Only One Left by Riley Sager. It was sort of a modern Jane Eyre type of story, complete with mysterious rich people, a crumbling mansion, and a woman thrown in the midst of it all. My daughter recommended it and I could NOT put it down. I love suspense and mysteries, and if you do too, I think you'll enjoy the heck out of this book.
 
But on to the survival fiction of the week, another entry in Jessica's journal written by 1stMarineJarHead. The end will leave you shocked and wanting more!
