Free Speech For People is leading the Impeach Trump Again campaign because impeachment is the constitutional remedy when a president tramples on the rule of law and commits multiple abuses of power.

This week, I was fortunate to sit down with prominent attorney and constitutional law scholar Bruce Fein. Mr. Fein, a former top official in the US Justice Department under President Ronald Reagan, is among our nation’s preeminent voices on matters pertaining to the U.S. Constitution and the rule of law. His views are unequivocal: Donald Trump must be impeached and removed from public office.

The movement to impeach and remove President Trump is not a partisan one. Donald Trump’s brazen conduct – including flagrant self-dealing, unlawful kidnapping of U.S. residents, and repeated defiance of the judiciary – represents a unique threat to the Constitution and the rule of law. This is why a majority of American voters, including 55% of independents, now support impeachment.
