Welcome back to E-PAC’s weekly newsletter. E-PAC is Chairwoman Elise
Stefanik's leadership PAC which is focused on electing more GOP Women.

We hope you are having a great week!

GOP Women on the Front Lines Protecting Women & Girls' Sports

Following weeks of advocacy and sounding the alarm, House GOP Leadership
Chairwoman Elise Stefanik’s calls for an investigation by the U.S. Department
of Education into the Saratoga Springs School Board for their violation of
Title IX, finally reached a critical point.ICYMI: The district passed a
resolution last month, permitting biological males to participate in girls'
sports and access girls' locker rooms, which violated President Trump’s
Executive Order that delivered federal protections against these acts.

Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (NY-21) stated —

“After my strong public advocacy, I want to thank President Donald Trump and
Department of Education Secretary Linda McMahon for swiftly opening a formal
investigation into the Saratoga Springs City School District for their failure
to uphold Title IX protections for women and girls in sports. The Saratoga
Springs School Board’s resolution allowing biological males to participate in
girls’ sports and access girls’ locker rooms is a blatant violation of federal
law under Title IX and an affront to the progress generations of women have
fought to achieve.”

U.S. Education Secretary Linda McMahon stated —

“The Trump Administration has been unrelenting in our effort to ensure that
women and girls’ educational experiences are not marred by sex discrimination.
It is a clear violation of federal civil rights law, and of women’s dignity, to
allow males to participate in female-sports and occupy female-only intimate
facilities. Women fought for decades to secure Title IX protections, only to
have these protections subverted and betrayed by those who prioritize a
distorted ideology over fairness, dignity, and safety,”

Chairwoman Stefanik Holds Haverford College President Accountable

This week, House GOP Leadership Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (NY-21) used her
position on the House Education and the Workforce Committee to confront
Haverford College President Wendy Raymond on her institution’s failure to take
disciplinary action against antisemitic behavior on campus. Despite repeated
questioning, President Raymond failed to confirm whether a single student had
been held accountable for calling for the genocide of Jews—further exposing the
deep crisis of leadership in higher education. Chairwoman Stefanik has led the
charge in holding college and university presidents accountable for tolerating
antisemitism and failing to protect Jewish students, and she is just getting
started.

Chairwoman Elise Stefanik slammed Haverford College President, stating —

“For the American people watching you still don't get it. Haverford still
doesn't get it. It's a very different testimony than the other presidents who
are here today, who are coming with specifics. So again, this is completely
unacceptable, and it's why this committee has stepped in, because higher
education has failed to address this gorge of antisemitism putting Jewish
students at risk at Haverford and other campuses across the country.”

Thank You, Nurses and Teachers!

This week, we celebrated National Nurses and Teachers Day! Our great nation
is privileged to have incredible medical professionals who are fearless in
their work treating our sick, elderly, and recovering patients in need, such as
Congresswoman Jen Kiggans (VA-02) and Congresswoman Sheri Biggs (SC-03), along
with devoted educators like Congresswoman Virginia Foxx (NC-05), who brings
classroom experience and a deep commitment to students through her leadership
on education policy.

Chairwoman Elise Stefanik (NY-21) shared a special shoutout to her district’s
Nurses and Teachers —

“Our nurses make selfless sacrifices every day, and we owe them a debt of
gratitude.

I will always fight for our nurses and hospitals throughout NY-21 to ensure
they have the resources and support they need.”

“Happy National Teacher’s Day! The incredible teachers all across NY-21 go
above and beyond every single day for our students. We are extremely grateful
for them.”

Rep. Mary Miller Leads Effort to Protect Adoption and Parental Rights

Congresswoman Mary Miller is standing up for American families and children
by leading the charge to ensure every child has the opportunity to grow up in a
safe, loving home. On Wednesday, the “SAFE Home Act” was reintroduced to
prevent federally funded agencies from discriminating against prospective
parents who oppose gender-transition procedures for children. Congresswoman
Miller’s leadership on this issue further highlights the broader impact GOP
women are making in Congress— defending parental rights, promoting family
values, and advancing President Trump’s America First agenda that prioritizes
the well-being of children above all else.

Congresswoman Mary Miller (IL-15) stated –

“We must defend the rights of parents to raise their children in a way that
reflects reality and safeguards their future,” adding that she’s working to
ensure “that parents are not excluded from adopting simply for having common
sense and standing against dangerous gender ideologies that threaten the
well-being of children."
