Today, May 9, the Texas House of Representatives will vote on a bill that accurately defines “male” and “female”, HB 229 by Representative Ellen Troxclair. The bill is known as the “Women’s Bill of Rights”, as its effect would result in protection of female designated sports, spaces, and opportunities. Read our Press Release here.

Tom Oliverson, ensuring religious freedom for doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers has successfully passed out of the Texas Senate and is now sitting in the House Public Health Committee waiting for a hearing. School Choice Bill Signed into Law! |
The bill, Senate Bill (S.B.) 2, authored by Senator Brandon Creighton, will provide $11,500 for public school students with a disability, and $10,000 for children in public school who do not have a disability.
