Dear Fellow Advocate,
As we approach budget season for the state government, it is all hands on deck to make ensure our legislators know how crucial violence intervention and prevention funding is in ending gun violence.
That’s why I am asking you to join me on Wednesday, May 28th at 6 pm for an engaging evening with local violence intervention professionals as they share their experiences working in various programs throughout Southeast Pennsylvania. We’ll have legislators, media, and advocates from all over the region joining us for this important event, and I don’t want you to miss out. The event will be at the Feasterville Library—1983 Bridgetown Pike, Feasterville, PA 19053. [[link removed]]
Gun homicides have dropped 38% in PA over the last two years, and these types of programs have been a critical part in making that happen. We need to show up as advocates to support our local violence prevention programs by making sure our legislators fund these state-based violence prevention programs.
Fellow Advocate, can I count on you to join me for this event? We need your help as we come together to create a safer Southeast PA. Click here to RSVP. [[link removed]]
I can't wait to see you there!
Best,
Adam Garber
