Fact-Checking the Facebook “Fact-Checkers”

On May 27, 2020, the paper that I coauthored with Neil Z. Miller was published in the journal SAGE Open Medicine. By June 2, 2020, Facebook “fact-checkers” declared the paper “unsupported” and flagged Children’s Health Defense’s references to the study on the social media platform. Instead of following the link to the peer-reviewed study, Facebook now directed the reader to a critique completed by Healthfeedback, an organization that is a part of the World Health Organization’s Vaccine Safety Net with ties to the Gates Foundation. 

Unfortunately for the public, the so-called “fact-checkers” at Healthfeedback play fast and loose with the facts.

Fauci: Steering the Pandemic Narrative Toward Vaccine “Solutions” Is Nothing New

Since the emergence of HIV in the early 1980s, Dr. Anthony Fauci has acquired decades of experience being the front man for a network of powerful Big Pharma and Big Medicine interests. This network (one of the most conspicuous members of which is Fauci’s friend and patron Bill Gates) profits handsomely from regularly declared epidemics and pandemics via the unending flow of cash that such events inevitably direct to pharmaceutical interventions—and especially vaccination.

It should come as no surprise then, that many of the nearly 300 publications that Dr. Fauci has authored or co-authored over the last two decades —like his 2017 remarks at Georgetown University that the Trump administration should expect a “surprise outbreak” within “the next few years”—not only foreshadow future events but also provide major hints of his network’s vaccine bias.

RFK, Jr. Rallies Health Freedom Advocates in Colorado

This past Sunday, the Colorado state Legislature’s House Health and Insurance committee held hearings on legislation which would make obtaining vaccine exemptions for children much more difficult and put in place an immunization tracking system for Colorado’s schoolchildren.

With only a 48-hour notice of the hearings—conspicuously held on a Sunday in an attempt to be inconspicuous—Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. travelled to Denver to lead a rally of approximately 3,000 health freedom advocates who oppose such Orwellian legislation.

Despite solid testimony from credible and well-educated citizens including physicians, the former chair of the Colorado Legislature’s health committee, and Mr. Kennedy, the vote went straight down party lines with seven Democrats in favor and four Republicans in opposition. The bill is now being debated on the floor of the Colorado House of Representatives.

When students return to school in New Albany, Ohio, in August, they’ll be carefully watched as they wander through red-brick buildings and across well-kept lawns—and not only by teachers.

The school district, with five schools and 4,800 students, plans to test a system that would require each student to wear an electronic beacon to track their location to within a few feet.

COVID-19 science should have set a new standard for vaccine safety research. Instead, it has lowered the bar. Bill Gates has already reported that he suspects the COVID-19 vaccine will become part of the routine newborn immunization schedule and Oxford has announced that its Phase II COVID-19 vaccine studies will include a group of children aged between 5-12 years.

The risk of serious illness and death from SARS-CoV-2 infection in children is effectively zero. In fact, risk of serious/critical illness or death is isolated to known groups of individuals with diabetes or cardiovascular disease, and the elderly, and those with certain comorbidities. There is, therefore, no potential benefit to any child who would be enrolled in COVID-19 vaccine studies. This is highly unethical.

Children’s Health Defense represents thousands of parents whose children suffer chronic disease and a range of comorbidities that put them at particular risk from coronavirus. Many of these children were vaccine injured and their parents have diminished faith in public health officials. They feel that regulatory agencies put the interests of the pharmaceutical companies and the vaccine program ahead of public health and routinely withhold information that might cast those interests in an unfavorable light.

I am writing, therefore, to plead with you to be fierce in your investigation and honest in your disclosures. I urge that you thoroughly investigate the potential role of vaccination—whether beneficial or detrimental—in the etiology of these illnesses and make public the vaccine status of the injured children.

New York State has been at the epicenter of coronavirus cases and deaths. In response, on May 13, the New York State Bar Association issued a report of its Health Law Section Task Force on COVID-19. The 84-page report is generally helpful, covering issues of ethics, provider systems and issues, contract management and the workforce.

On the topic of vaccination, however, the report strays from common sense into rank salesmanship, attempting to sell people on the idea of COVID-19 vaccine mandates for every man, woman and child in New York State and the country. This is a shocking recommendation with no mention of safety, informed consent or the right to refuse unwanted medical interventions. No COVID-19 vaccines exist today; the infection rate is declining and may never recur; safety and efficacy are completely unproven for vaccines that don’t exist, and yet this report attempts to sell coercive medicine as a good idea.
