May 8, 2025 – 20003-253-ET-25 (Record No. 17801) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Cheyenne Light Fuel and Power Company d/b/a Black Hills Energy (CLFP or the Company) for authority to increase its Carbon Capture Compliance Surcharge (CCC Surcharge) to 1.43%, effective January 1, 2026, as more fully described below.
