* I’m on the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee’s Frontline list and I’m a top target for National Republicans. Everyone knows that NY-03 will be a tightly contested race.
* Experts at The Cook Political Report listed us as one of the most competitive races in the country.
* I’m one of just 13 Democrats in the country to represent a district that President Trump won in November. This means that in order to win, we need to convey our message that goes beyond party lines, but that takes resources.
