John,

South Carolina just became the fourth state since December to stand up to Congress and vote for term limits on U.S. Congressmembers and Senators.

The states are taking matters into their own hands!

Please, make a generous emergency contribution to help USTL convince even more states to pass our term limits for Congress resolution.

Remember, Congress cannot stop the states from banding together and supporting term limits on the U.S. House and Senate.

So, South Carolina becoming the fourth state in the last few months to take a stand like this against the professional politicians is huge.

Now we need to take the fight to states like Ohio where they are just beginning the process of considering our legislation, and Georgia where one chamber of its legislature has approved the term limits resolution.

That's why I need your help immediately.

The professional politicians went all out to stop us in South Carolina.

They fought us until the second to last day of the South Carolina legislative session.

And we still won!

Now, we must keep battling.  In just the past few months alone South Dakota, Indiana, North Carolina and South Carolina have voted for term limits.

We have the momentum.

Republicans, Democrats and Independents all have had enough with politicians who have been sitting in Congress since the Cold War.

So, they are coming together in the states and standing up to Congress.

We just need to keep that momentum going.

Please help.

Sincerely,

Philip Blumel
President
