Hi John,

The votes have been counted — and no, the results weren’t what we hoped for.

But let’s be honest about what happened.

We entered this campaign ready to fight on the real issues: housing reform, mass immigration, runaway government overreach, and the rising cost of living. That’s what Canadians are dealing with — and that’s where we expected the national conversation to be.

Instead, the entire campaign was hijacked and reduced to one question: Who between red or blue is best to deal with Trump? The establishment and media worked overtime to polarize the electorate and bury any real discussion. Millions of Canadians were told to vote out of fear — not hope. And everywhere we went, we heard the same phrase repeated like a threat: “Don’t split the vote.”

This wasn’t a campaign. It was a stampede.

They wanted us boxed out, demoralized, gone.
But we’re not going anywhere.
Because in moments of crisis, real leaders step up.

🌟Poilievre to Trigger By-Election

Pierre Poilievre lost his seat in Carleton. His own constituents rejected him.

So what did he do? He will run in a safe Alberta riding vacated by a loyal MP — triggering a by-election to hand himself an easier path to Parliament. That’s not leadership. That’s entitlement.

But he won’t go unopposed.

We’re proud to support Jonathan Bridges, a principled PPC candidate with strong local backing, who has committed to challenging Pierre in the upcoming by-election. Jonathan has already represented the PPC twice in this riding, in the 2021 and 2025 general elections. Max will be flying in to campaign alongside him.

You can be sure that Pierre won’t talk about any of Albertans’ priorities in this by-election.

He won’t talk about reforming and reducing equalization. He won’t talk about getting out of the Paris Climate Accord and eliminating climate change regulations. He won’t talk about getting Ottawa out of provincial jurisdictions and abolishing Trudeau’s new unconstitutional national programs.

The PPC will, as we ALWAYS do.

📣 What We Built — And What We Learned

Over the past year, we made enormous strides to prepare for this election:

- We built new regional associations and strengthened national coordination
- We upgraded our tech, marketing, and outreach operations
- We ran our most professionalized campaign yet, with stronger candidates across the country
- We launched one of the boldest podcast tours in Canadian politics — reaching audiences that legacy media refused to acknowledge

When Canadian outlets tried to shut us out, we broke through internationally — with figures like Tucker Carlson, Alex Jones, and Patrick Bet-David amplifying our message.

The quality of our candidates continues to impress. But we know there’s room to improve:

- We didn’t poll consistently at 4%, which kept us out of the national debates
- Some candidates didn’t make it onto the ballot due to last-minute paperwork or logistical issues
- In many ridings, PPC supporters simply didn’t have the chance to vote for us — even if they wanted to

We take this seriously. And we are already laying the groundwork to fix it.

➡️ So Where Do We Go From Here?

Max and I have spent the past week personally reaching out to candidates across the country, and we won’t stop until we’ve spoken with everyone. Many EDAs are already conducting local reviews, and we encourage all of you to share your feedback.

📩 Send your insights to: [email protected] <mailto:[email protected]>

We will also be holding a leadership review, as we did after the 2021 election. Members will hear more about this process in the weeks ahead.

We’re not standing still — we’re moving forward with clarity, purpose, and experience.

💜 Our Mission Hasn’t Changed

We are still the only party in Canada anchored in the values that matter:

Freedom. Personal Responsibility. Respect. Fairness.

These principles are not just slogans — they are the foundation of everything we do. And they are exactly what this country needs more of in the years ahead.

This movement is built to last.

Let’s not forget: real change takes time.

- The Green Party took 28 years to elect their first MP
- Nigel Farage ran eight times before he won a seat and rewrote British politics

We’ve already done what many said was impossible by becoming and remaining one of the country’s six major parties right out of the gate. We reached millions and built a movement that refuses to be ignored.

This isn’t the end. It’s a turning point.

It’s Time for Reform. And we’re ready to lead it, with the best platform in the country <[link removed]> as our solid foundation.

John, thank you for standing with us.
Thank you for believing in this mission.
Now let’s take the next step — together.
