Dear Colleague,
The word has just come to us from Rome that we have a new pope. Please pray for Pope Leo the XIV.
Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth has announced his intent to kill a program called Women, Peace, and Security that may have begun well but under Biden became a vehicle for radical feminism in the Depart of Defense. Women, Peace, and Security is still going strong at the UN, but it appears to be ending in the U.S. governments. Stefano Gennarini, J.D. reports [[link removed]].
Rebecca Oas, Ph.D. reports [[link removed]] on a rather bitter letter from seven former heads of the population and reproductive health program at the US Agency for International Development (USAID). They were forbidden to promote abortion overseas but they did it anyway and now they are laughing about it. This is what conservatives mean by the bureaucratic or deep state.
C-Fam is the ONLY source of originally reported life and family news coming out of UN headquarters. We report on these issues every working day of the year and have done so for nearly 30 years. Support our work at [[link removed]].
And here is the IYc contribution [[link removed]] for this week!
Spread the word. Be daring. Keep the faith.
Yours sincerely,
Austin Ruse
President
