Notice is hereby given that the Industrial Siting Division received an amendment request on February 5, 2025 from Citrine Solar LLC (Permittee) regarding the Lincoln Solar I Project in Lincoln County. The Permittee requested an extension of the permit to change the commencement of construction to through September 8, 2027. The request was granted.
Pursuant to Condition #11 of their permit, the Administrator provided public notice of the requested amendment to permit DEQ/ISC 20-10 on March 22, 2025 and April 5, 2025. The Director authorized the change on May 8, 2025. The public may review a copy of the approved amendment and associated materials at the office of the WDEQ Industrial Siting Division in Cheyenne, Wyoming or online at:
