Hobbs didn’t just reject the bill - she did it with a smug veto letter parroting the talking points of radical open-border activists.
Let me break it down for you:
- She blocked law enforcement from honoring ICE detainers
- She defended sanctuary schools that shelter illegal immigrants from federal agents
- She prioritized protesters and political points over parents and public safety
Her veto is a slap in the face to every Arizona family.
We’re talking about a bill that could’ve kept ICE agents in our schools and jails, working to remove criminal aliens - the SAME criminals who are trafficking fentanyl, fueling violence, and using our neighborhoods as cartel corridors.
Instead, Hobbs sided with Living United for Change in Arizona, a radical group that has the audacity to call this veto a “victory.”
A victory? For whom? The cartels? Human smugglers? Drug dealers?
I have a different definition of victory:
- Keeping Arizona kids safe
- Backing the brave men and women of law enforcement
- Enforcing the law without apology
This veto isn’t the end. It’s the beginning of a bigger fight.
Just like with the Secure Border Act, we can bring this straight to the people - because when we did that last time, nearly 63% of Arizonans stood with us.
But to do that - and to finish what we started - I need to stay in office beyond 2026.
The Left is already targeting my seat. They know I’m a threat.
This is why every dollar you give helps us defend Arizona from Biden, Hobbs, and the cartel pipeline. Will you chip in with anything you can afford today, whether it be $1, $10, or even $100?
I will not stand by while Hobbs turns our state into a sanctuary zone.
I will not let our schools become lawless hiding places for people here illegally.
I will not back down.
But I can’t do it alone.
For safety. For sovereignty. For Arizona.
