Friend,

It’s Sheriff Joe Arpaio here.

You may know me from my time as "America’s Toughest Sheriff" in Arizona — but
that nickname only tells part of the story.

For over five decades, I’ve stood shoulder to shoulder with the brave men and
women of law enforcement. I know firsthand the risks they take, the sacrifices
they make, and the injustice they sometimes face for simply doing their jobs.

Today, I'm writing to you about a young officer who urgently needs your help —
Officer Salvatore Oldrati.

Officer Oldrati was doing exactly what he was trained to do: protecting his
community, responding to danger, and making split-second decisions that could
mean life or death.

But instead of being supported, he's been targeted — charged with a crime for
doing his job in a dangerous situation.

You see, in the early morning hours of September 14, 2021, Corporal Salvatore
Oldrati faced a life-or-death situation. Responding to a 911 call about an
armed burglary in progress, Officer Oldrati and another officer encountered a
man on the property brandishing a handgun. Despite repeated, loud commands to
drop his weapon, the armed man refused — forcing Officer Oldrati to make a
split-second decision to protect his own life and the life of his fellow
officer. A .45 caliber handgun was later recovered next to the man, and Officer
Oldrati immediately rendered life-saving aid before the suspect was transported
to the hospital.

After a full investigation by the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office,
Officer Oldrati was cleared of any wrongdoing and honored for his service. But
nearlytwo years later — after being promoted and awarded Officer of the Year
for the second time — radical prosecutors manipulated a grand jury, withheld
key evidence, and indicted him on baseless charges. Officer Oldrati, a
decorated 10-year veteran, husband, father, and third-generation law
enforcement officer, is now fighting for his freedom against a politically
motivated witch hunt.He urgently needs our help to cover legal expenses and
support his family during this nightmare.

Friend, the National Center for Police Defense (NCPD) is funded entirely by
private contributions from patriotic Americans like you. Will you chip in today
with a gift of $25, $50, $75, $150, or even more to help defend Officer Oldrati
and others like him?

SUPPORT OFFICER OLDRATI NOW
<[link removed]>

The truth is, Officer Oldrati doesn’t have a massive legal defense fund or a
team of slick lawyers like the criminals prosecutors are letting back out on
the streets.

He has us.

He has the National Center for Police Defense — and he has you.

Every dollar you give today goes directly toward helping officers like
Salvatore Oldrati fight back against politically motivated prosecutions, keep
their freedom, and get their lives back.

Without your support, too many good officers are forced to plead guilty to
crimes they didn’t commit — just to avoid bankrupting their families with legal
fees they can’t afford.

We must not let that happen.

MAKE A GIFT NOW TO HELP OFFICER OLDRATI

This isn’t just about one officer.

It’s about sending a message that America will stand with those who stand
between us and danger.

Every day, officers put on their badges knowing they may not come home — and
now, even if they make it home, some of them face being destroyed in the
courtroom.

Please, Friend, if you’ve been looking for a way to give back to those who
serve and protect us every day — this is it.

Stand with Officer Oldrati.

Stand with all the brave men and women of law enforcement.

Give whatever you can today — $35, $50, $100, $250, $500 or more — to help
NCPD fight for justice.

Thank you for your support of our heroes. And please — never forget those who
risk everything to keep our communities safe.

Sincerely,

Sheriff Joe Arpaio (ret.)
