That’s why I’ve been endorsed by Senator Cory Booker, Senator Bob Menendez, and New Jersey’s largest newspaper – not to mention the thousands of individuals who have signed on to join our team. The enthusiasm in South Jersey prompted the Cook Political Report to call this district the “most likely to flip”. But that’s not good enough for Amy Kennedy and the DC elite that have failed our party and our priorities for decades. They’re doing their best to grab defeat from the jaws of victory by cozying up with private prison contractors, buying support from felons who were convicted for accepting bribes, and breaking federal law to launder money for her campaign. How is Amy Kennedy supposed to make the case against Trump when she uses the same playbook he does? I believe we win by talking about our Democratic plan to create a sustainable and fair economy, our Democratic vision for racial justice and reform, and our Democratic ideals on healthcare, education, and so many issues facing South Jersey and our nation.
