The Supreme Court just ruled to allow the Trump administration to enforce their trans military ban.
|
|
So let me say one thing: Banning trans Americans from serving in the military is bullsh*t.
|
|
This isn't about being “woke.” It’s about being decent. It’s about respecting every person who courageously steps up to serve our country – *including* folks in the LGBTQ+ community.
|
|
Our military is stronger when it honors the dignity of all its members.
|
|
But Trump doesn’t get that. And now the Supreme Court is enabling him. His ban on trans military service is hateful, dangerous to our national security, and flat-out wrong. So I’m calling him out – he needs to rescind it right away.
