during the summer is by advocating for SNAP, which provides grocery
benefits to 42 million Americans. Take it from Lydia Rivera, a mom who

Unfortunately, Congress is eyeing cuts to SNAP that would make it
harder for moms like Lydia to feed their kids - and new
provisions could limit access to meals programs for 12 million kids
throughout the country.
"It would just be devastating to my local community, to my
neighbors, my friends, my family if these budget cuts were actually
implemented," Lydia says. "It would be traumatic
here."
