John — did you see the article about me in Roll Call last week?

It’s empowering to know that I’m part of a national movement to transform how Democrats address the systemic problems with our party — one of which is just how out of touch our longest-serving representatives are with the current needs and priorities of the people they serve.

Standing up and fighting isn’t giving a 30-minute floor speech on a Friday afternoon to an empty chamber. It’s not using the exact same talking points that were drafted during Trump’s first term — and haven’t changed since. And it’s not using the same old, same old approach to communicating and advocating for constituents across platforms.
