The deep state is a vast network of entrenched, unelected D.C. bureaucrats at all levels — not just the top of the food chain. For too long federal employees have been shielded from accountability, and as a result, are untouchable under current civil service laws. President Trump is changing that.

If federal employees are actively undermining the President’s agenda, they should be removed. That’s why during his first term, President Trump created “Schedule F <[link removed]>” — a new employee classification that he could use to conduct closer oversight of bureaucrats in policy-related positions. Unfortunately, one of Biden’s first acts as president was to roll back this classification and restore the deep state to its former power.
Make no mistake: the president carries a mandate from the people, not unelected government employees who are actively working to undermine the president’s mission.
Thankfully, President Trump and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) are seeking to revive this policy with a similar classification of “Schedule Career/Policy <[link removed]>” — but the deep state is fighting back with everything they’ve got. We need your support to get it over the line.
