For nearly 20 years, The Opportunity Agenda has brought together communications professionals and creatives to change the “big stories" that shape our society. In my reflection, "Where Narrative and Culture Build Power," I share how our Narrative Innovators Lab (NIL) is building new strategies and meaningful relationships to advance a multiracial democracy grounded in shared values and collective care.

What makes our approach special? We break down walls between traditional advocacy and cultural work. When advocates, researchers, and policy experts collaborate with artists and storytellers, we cultivate powerful messengers who can tell stories bold enough to transform systems.
