That’s why we created CancerFit LIVE virtual classes—for survivors everywhere who are ready to feel strong again but need the right support to get there. Small town? Not near a YMCA? Don’t feel ready to walk into a gym? No problem.

Available TODAY, these live, virtual classes are led by fitness instructors specifically trained to work with cancer survivors. You can show up just as you are—and move at your own pace. Your strength is still there. Let’s reclaim it, together.

FOR BEGINNERS

Our next Cancer to Crushing It 5K cohort begins training May 19, and we're looking for 20 survivors to join us! This program helps those who were not able to exercise regularly before/during cancer treatment to work their way up to running or walking a 5K in 6 weeks with the guidance of a supportive trainer.
