This is outrageous and dangerous. The Trump administration is ignoring due process and deporting legal US residents – and ignoring court orders from the Supreme Court that would scale back his agenda.

Donald Trump is spreading dangerous lies and declaring a false “emergency” using an arcane law to support his baseless argument that due process needs to be tossed aside to kick them out fast.

White House officials are falsely claiming that there is “no time” to respect the rights of those being deported — some saying they don’t think they deserve any at all.

In an effort to deport as many migrants as possible as quickly as possible, the Trump administration is bulldozing through constitutional limits.
