John —

In just a moment, we’re going to ask you to make a contribution to Flip the Senate and help us remove Mitch McConnell as Majority Leader. Please give us a moment to explain why this request is important, especially today.

Newsweek just declared that the race between Republicans and Democrats to take back the Senate isa “dead heat” in the polls — and that our Democratic candidates are currently ahead in five key battleground states: Maine, Arizona, Colorado, Montana, and North Carolina.

The bad news is that McConnell’s right-wing megadonor network continues to book tens of millions of dollars in negative TV ads targeting our candidates. If we don’t respond immediately, these attacks could tear down Democrats like Mark Kelly and Sara Gideon -- stopping us from taking the Senate in November.

So, we’ve set a goal of raising $500,000 from grassroots Democrats before our mid-month fundraising deadline on Monday. Can you donate $10 or more to help us fight back against Republican attacks and ensure Democrats are able to take back the Senate from McConnell in November?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

The vast majority of our contributions come from folks responding to grassroots messages like this. So thanks for chipping in and fueling our campaign to defend Democrats who are under attack.
